- I have been sailing since the age of 12 and have owned several sailboats over the years. I hold a Brazilian "Mestre Amador" license and have extensive coastal and recreational sailing experience. While I have not yet completed offshore passages, I am comfortable handling and managing sailboats in a variety of conditions and have accumulated many years of practical sailing experience as both owner and skipper. For this opportunity, however, my intention is to join the crew as a crew member rather than serve as skipper. I am eager to contribute, learn from more experienced offshore sailors, and be a reliable and cooperative member of the team.
