- Various day sailing over many years out of Durban. Cruised a L36 from Durban to Reunion and Mauritius many years ago. Owned a Stadt 34 (Seaboard) did the Vasco in late 90's with her and won our class. Double handed her to CT from East London. Kept her in Gordons bay for 6 years. Raced many local events with quite a degree of success. Since then I have done limited sailing because of living in Gauteng. In the process of buying another boat with a view to cruising in two years. Have decided I would like to try and do the Cape 2 Rio 2023 as crew and I am prepared to contribute to costs. Depending on circumstances at the time I am available to assist with boat and crew preparation and delivery of vessel.
